LA says no. They're not going to move Vilardi at this stage of the rebuild.

Please don’t try and dump McCann for 2 3rd round picks..lol.

Back to back 35 point seasons. Only 24 years old. Played in the NHL since he was 19 years old. He’s a 20 plus goal scorer. Had 19 goals and 35 points in 18-19 and 14 goals and 35 points last year. He will score 20 plus goals this year or the next full season.

No, if LA is moving out a top-tier prospect like Vilardi, it's going to be for a top-pairing defenseman or a top-line potential winger. They're coming out of their rebuild, so more draft picks (especially outside of the 1st round) are not a priority for them. Pettersson is a solid middle-pairing guy, but he's not an upgrade over Bjornfot, so the Kings don't really have a need for him.

A. Malkin is not getting 10 million a year for 3 years. Not at his age.
B. They aren't going to move Petterson. This team is going to have to rely on a good young defensive core if it's going to be any good as Crosby and Malkin continue to age.
