Amirov or Podkolzin/Peterka/Soderblom>Farinacci/Krebs/Beniers imo. Maybe Sanderson over Soderstrom too.

Peterka should absolutely be on here. Stuetzle was obviously a monster, but Peterka was fantastic in his own right. I'd also have Sanderson in the conversation. He was such a strong presence on the blueline, especially in the gold medal game where he led the team in ice time, and was a huge part of shutting down the Canadians.

Yeah podkol in should be here I kinda forgot to look at the Russian roster, most the guys you listed were considered tho it’s just that you can only put so many players on a team lol

Broberg is the better prospect but he didn’t have a very good tournament, he was playing hurt and looked shaky for most of it. Plus he only got to play in 4 of Sweden’s 5 games.

Tomasino over Mercer I can get behind.

Sebastian Wraneschitz is great, but I’d still say Levi and Knight had better tournaments.

He might have been in the conversation if he was good at this tournament lol

No
If you watch any of Austrias games
the only reason they didn't lose by 20+ is because of him
Levi and Knight would not have been able to do that
