If this includes contracts then the left just because Hughes' contract could end up being huge and Tkachuk is due for a raise as well while MacKinnon's is really good. If just the players then the right just because you have McDavid and the difference between Hughes and marino is so big
I'd rather have 2 elite centers. If Hughes was a better all-around defenseman - more defensively responsible - then I think that would make it a tougher choice.

MacKinnon = McDavid (cant argue they arent equals)
Matthews > Tkachuk (lol grit™)
Marino = Hughes (i guess you could say hughes > but marino isnt worse than hughes so..)
A. Marino and Hughes are basically a wash.
B, MacKinnon < McDavid.
C, Matthews > Tkachuk
This is a hard decision. Depends how you view the difference between B and C. The difference in C is large in my opinion. The difference in B is noticeable but not large.
I'd go to the left.
Think they should change Tkachuk with someone more comparable to Mathews. Mathews is a 40 goal 80 point guy. Maybe Make the comparable Pasta? I'd say Draisaitl, but that's not a fair comparison. Drai is the better player at this point.
Theres a legit argument for him to be the best dman on the Pens.
yes but they were referring to the top 4 players in the whole NHL. Which he clearly is not and the comment was more of a Jab that Matthews isn't either.
