I like the idea of Greenway for Drouin, but I am not sold you are getting window dressing with that right now. Drouin can be more dynamic and all, but that still hasn't translated in his game on a consistent basis (noting last year injuries ended that).

I’m not a fan of greenway first drouin. Greenway has just been starting to show his potential and drouin really isn’t hitting a stride worth his contract

Why would Columbus consider that. Kotkaniemi at a minimum would have to be in the return

I don’t have a beef value-wise with the Greenway/Drouin trade, but I would not make the deal for the Wild. Drouin would be a redundant part on a Wild roster. Greenway might very well frustrate the snot out of me for the next 10 years, but he does offer a tool kit that is incredibly rare, and i think he is a player that can dominate 7 game playoff series...IF he ever decides to engage himself physically on a consistent basis.

This is the exact reason I would pass on the Greenway for Drouin trade.

If Greenway starts to show up, I think he might be valuable enough to move for a young C like Frost at the deadline if we throw in a little sweetener.
