I am curious what the plan for Koivula is at this point. He was a winger, they molded him to be a center cause that's what the org needed, and now there is no spot for him at center. I would think it's fine moving him to wing, but who knows what they're thinking. I like what I saw of him, wouldn't be surprised if SEA took him.

I agree somewhere around here will be signed for, however he isn’t going to be real happy about it, and it is pushing him out the door. I don’t know Matt Barzal personally but most people who feel under appreciated don’t stick around if they have other options which he will when he gets UFA DAYS

He is very good - high IQ, great hands for a guy his size and can finish and distribute the puck. He should definitely get a look on the wing. I can definitely see Seattle taking him if the isles don’t protect him.
