I don’t see MTL giving up 2 of their centers, unless we can miraculously get another one for someone we don’t need

What about KK + Drouin for Dubois with retention?

I love Danault's game but he'd have to sign an extension, and it'd be weird for Columbus to trade for Domi to fill the 2C role he lost in MTL, then trade for two of the guys who pushed him out of it.

KK isn't ready for the top 6 so Domi would be the only top 6C. Drouin doesn't fit CBJ and Tortorella's style. I don't think CBJ will retain Dubois in any deal, that's a good cap hit for what he brings.
