Wilson hangs up the phone. You aren't getting both.

Hertl is so much better than his year last year showed. So much so, he maybe Dubois with a pick. Adding Lebanc is overvaluing Dubois. 22 years of age or not.

@papishark ...... your thoughts?

Hertl is as good as Dubois imo. Dubois does have the control in term would be my only upgrade to a one on one...but for sure not Lebanc

I think this is actually an interesting proposal.

CBJ adds. Sharks can't afford to give up two key players. Their forward core is already stretched thin.

I'd love to see a trade arranged for Jenner. Love that guy.

How about PLD + Jenner for Hertl + Meier. CBJ could retain on both guys if needed since that'd go off the books when they need to extend Werenski/Jones/Domi.

The trade value probably benefits the Jackets a bit. Also I think it's a bad fit for where the Sharks are at right now.

That's even more lopsided imo.

If a trade goes down, wingers don't need to go, just C's. Hertl and two picks for PLD and one pick. Prospects might be involved as well. Just one though I think.

I would do Hertl and Labanc for PLD. Then I would start a rebuild around PLD and Meier.

This is an ideal trade!
I’m not 100% sold on Labanc and Hertl who I love to death is an injury risk.

Talent wise the sharks lose big
Potential wise it’s a wash
Health wise I feel sharks win

This leaves us weaker in the top 6 this year but it also gives us a lot of cap next season to find some talent.

Terrible fit for the sharks. We cant lose forward power and stay decent. This would be a pure rebuild move
