Ho-Sang isn't a NHL player. I don't think anyone would take him off waivers (he cleared last season). He carries no value in a trade.

That makes this trade a 2½ round draft pick upgrade in exchange for taking Clutterbuck's $3.5M contract for 2 seasons. Not enough.

Iafallo is worth more than a 2nd round pick, even without retention. I suspect the Kings will sign him to an extension. His potential replacements aren't NHL ready yet.
