What is the point of the Red Wings trade? You are giving up essentially your 2 best Dmen. That does not seem smart.

Until he is medically cleared no one is trading for Klefbom anyways. Severe shoulder injuries are no joke and to be on a second major surgery on the same shoulder, there is a very real chance he might not even play again.

Bear is expendable nobody wants to see him go but he is. If Klefbom is a no go then Caleb jones certainly is not expendable the system won’t have a replacement for him for 2 years.
