If Dermott goes to the taxi squad. I don't think he will clear waivers someone will claim him. But there is room to keep him as a scratch. I can see Dermott and Lehtonen being rotated in and out of the line up. Can also see Bogosian taking sideline if not preforming

I'm a Sharks fan, didn't watch the scrimmage. How were Thornton and Vesey on the top six?

Vesey was bad and unnoticeable, in hindsight, Robertson should replace him. Thornton looked like he can keep up with Matthews and Marner

Thornton didn't look out of place, but his lack of speed was obvious. Still an elite passer with great vision.

Vesey looked like Vesey. Bad defensively but a big bodied guy who goes to the right places but lacks true finishing skills.

Hard to evaluate at this point further than that. There will be a much clearer picture after a couple of weeks of playing together.

To me,these are dumb lines that Keefe chose.

I do like Jumbo, but dont see him having the legs to play with Marner and Mathews in the long run. Dunno if the idea is for him to pick up defensive role so Mathews, although a center, can consentrate on scoring.
