I think it's worth a shot. Keep him as an extra skater, instead of putting him on the taxi squad and they don't have to expose him to waivers again. Waive Tinordi (don't see him getting claimed, and don't really care if he is). Tinordi can go to the taxi squad, if he clears. Then send Davies down to the AHL/ECHL (more ice time will be better for him than practicing with the taxi squad anyway.

Where's Tolvanen? I think he will get his shot on the 2nd or 3rd line. Sissons is not playing 2nd line.....Granlund will be there.
