What's the average age of the lineup whitout Coburn and Anisimov? That's a pretty young team, but I like it.
Maybe I swap Watson with Abramov or play them 50/50.

Agreed. Honestly, I'd probably try to keep Stepan (If you can resign him cheap-ish), since (aside from Tierney), the team doesn't have much in the way of a defensive C.

i think Stepan and Gudbranson will impress and will re-sign both.

I think the Sens move on from Stepan. I think White slides into our future 3C and a combo of our 2021 1st round, Stutzle, Brown and/or Norris are the future top 6 C. I could see the sens resigning Gudbranson but I hope they only do this if they can get rid of Zaitsev. Regardless, they should trade Gudbranson and resign him in the offseason so they don't have to protect him in the expansion draft

I think the top 3 lines here play similar minutes and tons of combos. just a strict top 9 and a strict bottom line

Yeah, coming from a Ducks fan-Gudbranson is a good boy. I was p1ssed when the team gave up anything to get him, but he was exactly what was needed, even if the team did f*ck all last year.

his analytics numbers werent good but as long as he passes the eye test , its all good. As long as he isnt an anchor like Zaitsev and can pass the puck to Chabot like Demelo or Methot , he should make a great pairing with Chabot

Some good comments so far, I'll add a few, more like predictions though

Stepan - resigns for cheaper, or TDL
Tierney - is possibly traded, depending on Stepan
White - will move to 3C after one of Stepan or Tierney is traded
Norris - is on the team instead of LBrown, because of his speed, but he needs to produce at least at a 0.5 clip, or he'll move down the lineup

Zaitsev - still think he's around until the 2022 TDL, and maybe longer depending on if Gudbranson signs, and for how long
Gudbranson - Wait and see, if he's good with Chabot he stays, if he isn't then he's the more likely to go before Zaitsev

Reilly - has a partner in Zaitsev, which is a leg up on Wolanin
Wolanin - too solid to keep off the roster, might get blocked by Coburn
Coburn - can play his way into a spot, but will get pulled quicker than a pro's knickers on payday
JBrown - the Sens new Wideman, plays while he's in Ottawa

Murray - I'm hoping he steals a few games, but the defence is going to make Murray look pretty bad on some goals, be prepared for the negativity fallout

Edit: Let me clarify the Zaitsev comment, if Gudbranson isn't signed, Zaitsev might be around longer than the 2022 TDL. The second part of the Gudbranson comment, "and for how long", had nothing to do with Zaitsev. It was just an add to if Gudbranson resigned. I didn't word the entire comment very well, sorry.

As I'm typing this out, Brent Wallace posted this tweet

So maybe Reilly doesn't have a D partner afterall.
