Description

IMHO everyone is fair game aside from Vilardi, Byfield, Peterson and Kaliyev. None of the vets have any real value, so I think those proposed with the 1st round sweetener (saw lots offering 2nds, but PLD is legit and a mid to late 1st is appropriate). The real, long-term problem for LA is the continued lack of scoring wingers. Kaliyev > Turcotte.

I would give up Kaliyev before Turcotte but being a kings fan you probably know your own prospects better than I do. I'm also skeptical of this team giving up its first round pick.

Columbus definitely has to consider this. They get the top 6 forward in Kempe. They get a great prospect in Turcotte and the get a probable top 10 pick. Plus there's Madden as well

In general Kings next to Calgary have a lot of good stuff to give for PLD and he puts them from top 10 draft team to fringe playoff team.

That 2021 1st is off the table. It's quite likely a top 5 overall pick. If Columbus wants to do a PLD for 2021 1st 1-for-1 trade, then maybe, otherwise Kings aren't moving that pick.

Byfield, Kaliyev, ****emo, and the 2021 1st are off the table.

The Kings would do something like the following:

1 of Vilardi or Turcotte
2 of Madden, Thomas, Kupari, Clague, Durzi
2021 2nd round pick

If Columbus wants more than that, the Kings should walk away.

Dubois isn't worth Turcotte and a lottery pick IMO. Turcotte will likely be better than Dubois within 3 years.
