I honestly don't think it is.

Studnicka and Vaakanainen can be great but they'd be a huge risk and have much more pressure on them as a result of this trade. Carlo and Kase are solid players but I wouldn't call them bonified game changers. The picks could very likely be towards the end of their respective rounds.

Trading for a franchise player usually means you'd have to start the deal at something very significant, and I don't see that in this trade.

Holy Jumpin...just threw up in my mouth and had my 'Rotten Ron's' supper a second time!

That is NOT a trade "bro/bro-wina", it's a sell-out (Jack is not Gretzky or Lemieux or_________ and you show that too - by putting him on the 2nd!!)...

Cancel culture.

Honestly I'm a little worried about vaakanainens inability to pass zaboril on the depth chart.

Let’s say Eichel does want out at some point,
and we do decide to trade him....
if Boston wants him, then they’re gonna have to go far & away over all the other offers we’d get- and it would be A LOT of really good offers

Highly doubt he goes to Boston

Urho obviously far from being considered a wasted pick but I sort of feel the same towards Studnicka. I know the Bruins roster is a tough line up to crack over the past few years but he's going on age 22 and if he was on the development path we were hoping for I would've hoped he would have taken Backes/Heinen spot over the past two seasons. If Studnicka was going to be that next piece to the puzzle I would think he'd jump in the line up over making a move for Kase. He's still young and could be one of those late bloomers but all in all idk if we have a Krejci like top 6 in Studnicka. It's just something that worries me a little more.
