And the Habs don't accept it with Suzuki or Kotkaniemi. So once again we go in circles. There really is no fit that both teams will agree to.

KK can be part of this trade.
From Brian Hedger of CBJ dispatch, habs has offer KK, Mete + something else (maybe a pick of contract...Tatar, Lehko, Armia or Byron)

I think Suzuki and Romanov are untouchable.

I know Dubois is still young but his best season is 61 pts playing with anderson and panarin... Dubois, IMO, will never be a 80+ guy. Danault (if it comes with an extension), caufield, brooks, 1st and 2nd round is good value (long term) for both team.

I agree. But I will not bet against Dubois on becoming a pts per game for a season or couple of season. It's similar to Huberdeau who finally reach his potential at 25y/o.
