I'll agree with those moves. Not so much as to "see what they can do" but to replace poor play by the two players they are replacing.

yeah more so Lehtonen. I think Robertson should have made the team out of camp but Lehtonen was more "see what you can do" to earn a spot over Bogo

bogo really was invisible tonight and thats a good thing as during game 1 all he did was take 2 bad penalties and slam Nylander. This time non of that and actually looked fine. Dermott though made some sloppy passes. Issue is cant call Lehtonen up without going to 7 dman as we cant waive Dermott or Bogo lul. During the exhibition Lehtonen-Bogo actually looked intriguing and I want to see it at least one time in the reg season to see if it does well again.

As for Robertson sure let him get a game in or two Barabanov cant play every game

Than we lose him. Its to risky as having Hutch be #3 just be a nightmare.

NHL really should have made it where goalies were exempt from the Waiver rule so every team could at least have one on the Taxi squad. Poor Foresberg is an example of why they should have put it in. My guess Winnipeg waives him and some other team claims him

Leafs need to scratch Mikheyev. $1.6 million to do nothing is a joke

Bogosian seems to returned to his past three years of hockey except for "good blip" with Tampa.

Might have best forLehtonen sit for a couple of games to observe the speed and intensity of the NHL up close. Gotta think the game tomorrow is going to even more intense.

Most the leafs can do is pray to jesus that the Oilers sign someone or re claim forsberg. However, if Dell is claimed, they can claim him back anyways, since he has to pass through waivers again anyways

Jets lost Comrie so I reckon they hang on to Forsberg as their #3

Honestly dell feels like a luxury. I’m not saying hutch is good but he is a capable 3rd string goalie. Protecting dell who may not play a single minute this year feels unnecessary.

Jets lost comrie while they were sending him through waivers (same thing happened last season). Forsberg will eventually have to hit waivers, and when he does, and of its soon, he's going back to edmonton.

Regardless WPG is hanging onto him until they get a new number 3. They didn’t want to have a 3G on their active roster but because Comrie didn’t clear and Forsberg won’t, they’ll leave him there because they need to carry three.

Until the face injuries and need to shuffle. I am so confused on Forsberg because Berdin is more than capable of even being the Backup imo, and if you're really dead set, Jimmy Howard exists if you lose him anyways
