If that was the case CBJ might have to add.
Both had a good playoff but Bo a bit better overall.
That said Bo isn’t moved with GMJK playing from a lesser hand with PLD’s trade demands.

if youre not moving Bo, then you likely have to move Podkolzin or Hoglander imo as well as Gaudette.

I’ve considered that. Just trying to keep winger depth & ELC’s. A 3C with 2C Potential with a mid 6 winger with a very big D playing either side at worst 3rd pairing adding 2 2nds I’m hoping is close or at least gets serious attention from GMJK. If say Hoglander us added that is a substantial bump.& the package juggked up.

i think you guys should stand pat personally. Wait for Hoglander and Podkolzin to become top 6 players. Hope that Juolevi and Woo become good Dmen. And you will be a great team

Standing pat isn’t the worst idea agreed. We might lose Pearson but could resign him too. I project Rathbone in maybe 2 years to bump OJ down. Woo about 2yrs away from being ready. 3 at most. Other prospects whom or many idk but it’s lookin reasonable &. in the pool will also push

Acquiring PLD doesn’t make sense when we have Petey and Bo as our 1-2 punch respectively.

I hearya both. It’s depth & he also can play wing. Thinking is for PO runs after what he showed sgainst the Leafs. Also if he wants a big market Vancouver might suit that wish. As one poster said we could stand pat but if he could be had I’d think JB would be greatly interested if a deal was there.

Everyone of your signings are lowball, RNH, Dougie Hamilton, Elias Pettersson and Quinton Hughes will get far more money then you're offering. And Columbus declines the PLD trade.

It’s too convenient to say that without posting your own contracts.

Larkin is only 6.1m so in the covid eta a bridge of 7m is reasonable for Petey to cash in big when he’s inly 25.

Hughes is one year younger & same goes for him.

Hamilton could be undervalued but not by a lot. Until he can be a stud consistently max would be 8m if he would sign as a UFA. He hasn’t won anything so in Petros league yet nor a captain material. 8m in covid times is very good but maybe a full 7yr term is needed.

On RNH if would leave the Oilers I’m banking on a home town boy comin home. Again it could be longer & also some more money but in covid times deals are getting cheaper for players signing their last big deals.

All said you could be more right than I but not as far you as might believe. Thx for your good post 👍

How long is PLD going to be happy on the 3rd line? Would Horvat be happy on the 3rd line?
