It's been 2 games for crying out loud.

Andersen typically starts off slow before getting going like he does every season.

He hasn't played a competitive game in 4-5 months, this is just like exhibition time for all of them. It's gonna take a bit to get going.

Chill people. This site is ridiculous.

Although Andersen hasn't played greatly, the team defence in front of him, my god, is horrible. I understand your goalie is supposed to bail you out but he's not a miracle worker

Korpi has more value than Andersen due to contract length

Andersen's let in a good number of softies so far. This take is becoming less and less correct.

Which goals last night were Andersen fault? The first goal is a 5-on-3, Andersen didn't get them either of the 2 penalities. The second goal is completely on Brodie, he just left Brady Tkachuk alone and its a tip right in front of Andersen, he has no chance on that. The third one, 4 of the leaf players are on the same side away from the puck, the only guy was Bogosian who was trying to block the shot, with again someone right in front of Andersen and no one to move him out of the way. The fourth one, you can someone blame Andersen on the effort wasnt fully there. The fifth goal again is Brodie's fault he literally just gives the puck away behind his net to an ottawa player (I think Batherson but im not 100% sure).

Even if Andersen lets in 1 "soft" goal a night, the leafs are built to be an offensive juggernaut, they should be able to outscore the opponents most nights and you wont be able to do that by only having 4 shots in the third period.
