Benson and a 1st seem like an overpay for one year of Andersen. (assuming Bear and Holl are equal) But the Leafs are "going for it" this season, might have iffy goaltending to carry them this season without Andersen

Trading Andersen would be a major mistake, Noway is Jack Campbell taking the Leafs to the promise land. Stanley Cup that is.

That is an overpay by the Oilers.

Even if they could really use another starter, that is FAR too much youth and promise to give up for that package.

It is an easy NO from Edmonton. (Very one-sided in favour of Toronto I'm afraid.)

Jarmo was shopping Korpisalo for a first round pick. The reason is Columbus has 2 or 3 other prospects that are ready for NHL time. I do agree they would absolutely not trade him this season but in summer they would.

You subtract bear and you can get a goalie with that package. I don’t think Toronto trades Freddy and I don’t think Edmonton is interested in adding jones.

I don’t know if any goalie is bringing the leafs to the promised land but I’m just here to stick up for jack. He is good.

No goalie is till they are... trading Andersen at this point would be dumb. Especially since you need 3 goalies. This roster is illegal.

I don’t think they want Jones either unless they move Bear but I’m saying for that package why would they ever make that Toronto deal when there would be much better options like Korpi and Jones from CBJ.
