What happened to Colin white? Can any Ottawa fan help me out with this. I liked him a few years ago.
And as the cbj trade is concerned, I think the established nhl player might have to be younger than Henrique. I’ve suggested rakell but just curious to see how this plays out.

Heinen is not worth that contract

He's fine. He took a step back last year because he was playing hurt. His biggest issues this year are that the Sens have boxed him (and a bunch of other young players) out with their off season additions. He's still as good as he's always been, I think Ottawa just wants to see some more versatility from him this season. I don't think Josh Norris is looking quite ready for the role he's in, so it's only a matter of time until White is back up in the top nine.

The Sens have no reason to trade him at a loss, and in my opinion, Jones and a 3rd isn't close to fair value. If they aren't getting good value back they should absolutely keep him. He's going to be just fine.
