you're spending too much $$ on goaltending -- if you dropped either goaltender (both are good enough to win a cup) you could use that extra $$ to improve the forward or defense (or both, they're expensive goalies!)

I would upgrade the defense -- With the $7m cap you now have after dropping Hellebuyck for Elliot, Ellis on NSH could be a good option -- could also go for a better 2nd D pair altogether and go Ekholm - Klingberg. Basically I would upgrade your defense.
