They like Bertuzzi too much and Dubois will just ask out of Detroit too. He wants a hub and the city of Detroit is too broke to fill seats.

Lol but Larkin and dubois would make a pretty compelling 1-2 punch for a rebuilding team. Gotta give to get.

you don't need to tell me about give to get but I think if Det wants to make a move they could give and keep both of their guys.

I agree now Detroit is a bigger market but PLD won't be anymore happy in Detroit than he is in Columbus. PLD is a no question better than Bertuzzi but Detroit does love Bertuzzi and back to back 21 goal seasons is pretty good. Fabbri was one of very few bright spots last season and he has looked very good at center so far this season Then add in 2 2nd round picks in the same draft and there is no way Detroit can afford to give al of that up for 1 player. PLD is very good but right now this hurts Detroit more than it helps. Plus I'm not sure CBJ would be happy with this trade value wise.

I say change fabbri to mantha and take away the second rounders, but at that point it isn't worth it for the wings
