Ah...Anaheim isn't trading Gibby to a division rival for that sad package.

There is no quick fix here. This is a 3-4 year job to make the team good. Edmonton done messed up big time.

I think it’s all on coaching staff right now. They have the players to be a competent team I’m not buying into any excuses. The one decision tip made going into play in round that most of us I’m sure fault as big part of results is breaking up the best line in hockey still haven’t seen reunited but have seen tip default to Leon and mcdavid together that scares the heck out of me. Default to a strategy we have seen for years and got nowhere with over a strategy that climbed us into second in normal division easily should have been playoff hockey. Just feels like it’s stubbornness at this point. Our fate is in the hands of these decisions I’m not buying into not having the players or depth this should be a dominate group.

Ride the season out and draft high.....but trade your 1st round pick?

Edit: And have no second or third round pick...

It’s gross if you think this is realistic, or if you think those offer sheets are getting through.

I’m assuming this was a joke right? Ducks and Vegas decline pretty easily. Boston value is fair but unlikely. But the RFAs? Really? You know how RFAs work right? None of them from outside the org sign those offer sheets outside of Ho-sang, all of those teams match except for Ho-sang. Which is why they don’t sign, they lose all negotiating leverage.

Bos deal is fair in value. They would have to really turn sour on Debrusk/go into an ULTRA rebuild. But i like Holloway and think its a fair.
