so what happens when you have Stutzle, Norris, Pinto, and White fully developed and they need spots at C, move Stutzle to the wing permanently?

If you acquire Dubois, you 100% keep Stutzle on the wing. Norris as the 2C, Pinto as the 3C

I would question Jarmo's sanity if he accepted this. The ask would start at White/Tierney/Norris, Sanderson and the 1st. If I'm him, I'd have no interest in L. Brown or Brannstrom. The price is going to drop eventually, but this is like... a no other good choice trade. We have to remember that Dubois is a top line Center at 22, a 3rd overall pick, is under CBJ even after his 2 year deal and was a monster in the playoffs. I'd love to have him. But... the ask would be a lot.

Ottawa should stay away regardless.
