Tampa has no reason to trade Cal for anything less than a top 20 pick. Chicago easily declines and Vancouver matches

With the way things are going right now, possibly. I was thinking more like we just miss the Playoffs and win the lottery anyway like the Flyers and Stars. Hughes might be a reach at 3rd OA but who cares.
