Deal! To take backs. What a steal for Edmonton! Maybe we can play him at G.

I realize Larsson is pretty bad now, and Broberg’s injury might be career threatening, and Safin is an ECHL player, but the 1st is too much. Remove Broberg and Safin, Ottawa doesn’t need them, and they don’t add much to the trade anyway, and drop the pick to a lower pick, and the trade is closer in value.

Where does this come from larsson is bad? I feel as if people that say that don’t actually watch him play.... he is the oilers best defender by a wide margin.

Well I’m disappointed, only one **** believed my comment, lol, this is a troll thread, don’t believe anything in it, lmao.

I feel bad for Broberg though, tough loss, wasted pick since that injury.

Nothing is wasted.

Broberg wasn’t going to play for Sweden in the Round Robin games of the World Jr. tournament, Holland said. The 19-yar-old player had an MRI just after Christmas that revealed a tear in a muscle above his knee, then he got a partially separate shoulder during the tournament.

“I liked it that he dug in. He was the captain. He wanted to play… We knew he was playing hurt. I like that trait. You can’t be 100 per cent all the time. You got to dig in.”
