2 years of Kadri* and yes, it is. I've gotten plenty of feedback. Outside of biased Avs fans, pretty good feedback.

this trade has been posted in like three different ACGM's in the last couple hours and the overall consensus here has been Avs won't include Timmons and Newhook in the same deal

avs couldnt afford dubois' next contract so it's 2 years of dubois too.

That's silly to assume that, not every good player wants/gets double digit millions like in Toronto...

The overall consensus was Kadri and Timmons for Dubois was a steal for Colorado in my first ACGM. Some told me to add Newhook, including an Avs fan. Considering Dubois potential on a team like Colorado and Kadri's 2 years left, I think its pretty fair and so do other people.

yea i'm talking about just paying him market rate, not toronto pay scale. avs can't afford him. landeskog and makar get re-uped this offseason and that's going to cost a fortune. just try a 2022-23 avs roster with dubois re-signed.

I wouldn't waste my time, the contracts players have been signing the last 3 years makes it too hard to predict. A lot are above market value, a lot are under market value. Some are market value. If Dubois continues to put up 50-60 points, his extension won't be as big as you think. If he puts up 70+ then it could get interesting, but even then, Colorado is a big market which is what he wanted, maybe he'd take a discount. You never know.

his q.o. is $6m so it's unaffordable either way.

For the 3rd time: Avs decline if both Timmins and newhook are included. End of story.

How much money exactly do you think Makar and Landeskog are getting?

Well perhaps the fans of the team you're trying to trade with might know their team better than some other random dude. Crazy concept I know

I cant imagine Landeskog getting much more than Gallgher. I'd say $6.75-7M. I doubt Makar is going to demand 10M lol especially with MacKinnon there.

Then you factor in the departures of Kadri, Donskoi, Graves, Saad, and maybe Johnson and Grubauer. 1 of Jost/Graves/Donskoi will go to Seattle and the ones that don't can be easily traded.

landeskog is a much better player and will get more than gallagher. around $7.5-$8.5m is my guess. makar is going to make at least $8m if the avs go full term which is what i think they'll try to do.

the departure of kadri, saad and one of graves/compher/donskoi for the expansion draft was already factored in. avs still need a starter so can't write off grubauer .

you need to allow cap space for mackinnons contract which is up the year after dubois,
