I can speak for the Avalanche.
During the season Graves is not available unless you give someone as good as him back.

For Bertuzzi I'd say probably not. He's a big part of our rebuild and Yzerman talks about him as one of the core pieces in Detroit.

Hypothetically, the only way it could happen is if the team and player have a big issue in his contract extension next offseason where the Red Wings aren't willing to pay him what he wants and he's not willing to take less.

Graves maybe but probably not with the Avs already trading away Cole. Dumba would be the one that makes the most sense. Especially with the expansion draft coming. Min will most likely have to move a Dman. Murphy also, gotta think Chi will be a fire sale this year

Only way Boston works is if Boeser is coming back the other way. Even then it leaves Boston in a tough spot for the right side of the defense.

There are 5 guys Boston should not trade. The first line. Mac and Carlo. So you would not like the cost. They’d have to have a good reason to. Boesser is really the only target. Kase/Carlo for Boesser/Rafferty or Woo might get their attention. But you are not getting Carlo for futures. It would take a significant bite out of your main. Ie Boesser/Elias/Horvat. Nothing else would make sense for B’s.

I'd want a 1st rounder for Murphy and I don't think the Canucks are really in a position to give theirs up

As noted by others, I can't see Boston trading Carlo, Columbus trading Atkinson, Detroit trading Bertuzzi, or Minnesota trading Dumba for anything like a price you'd enjoy.

I disagree with the two commenters about Graves. He's the least likely of Colorado's 5 top defensemen to be protected in the expansion draft so Sakic may be looking to get something significant for him this season. He's probably strongly considering protecting 4 defensemen and therefore only 4 forwards so he's probably looking for an expansion-draft-exempt prospect or two. Chicago's in a similar position with Murphy, but the Black Hawks won't be going 8 and 1 for Seattle. Aston-Reese and Tanev are also on-the-cusp-expansion-draft candidates.

It's a little early for Anaheim to be making moves despite the impotent start, but both Silfverberg AND Rakell might be available (the latter because he's easier to replace internally).

Crouse isn't a bad idea but Arizona is probably looking for draft picks and you have a full complement of LWs, so he doesn't seem to me to be a great target for you. Bennett and Wood are also LWs; I'd think you'd be looking for a RW.
