Strome would have to go to CBJ as a base then a couple add ins. You can’t trade wingers for a center to a team which is low on centers. If this is a cup team you are going to need a goalie. Subban is a minors level goalie.

Strome is not a center piece of any trade. Especially if you're getting PLD in return. These teams aren't good trade partners because they both need the same thing. Centers. Unless CBJ goes full rebuild I don't think the rangers have the pieces for a PLD trade.
