I know you're a knowledgeable Jets fan. These are not guys CHI wants.

Poolman won't get NHL ice time and quite honestly shouldn't. I didn't say he wasn't good enough. What I mean is, CHI needs to develop Ian Mitchell and Adam Boqvist if they want to become a better team. Heck, even give Lucas Carlsson more time who I think CHI needs to give more ice time anyway. Jack wants to play center. The Hawks have too many centers right now due to other injuries...and I'd argue that ALL of them are at least as good of an option for a centerman as Jack who's looking to transition to an NHL centerman which is harder than vice versa. Even if some doesn't believe that previous sentence...OK FINE...They have their own Jack Roslovic in Phillip Kurashev. He's a heck of a prospect that played a center in juniors and Switzerland and is currently asked to play wing. We need to give our own prospects NHL ice time.

What if the jets took out Poolman? Seems like they would have interest in Roslovic for this year at least. I mean they are playing Shaw and Janmark and with the uncertainty of Toews. To be honest, I dont know much about the ins and outs of CHI lineup this year, but I think the jets would like to have Murphy

Shaw and Janmark are wingers. I see Stan trying to trade (at least janmark) at the TDL for picks. I really think picks (or 18/19 year old prospects) are the way to go for Murphy. I don't see older prospects working because the Hawks have a backlog of prospects that need NHL ice time. I made an edit to my previous post. Phillip Kurashev is a really good prospect that from the outside looking in is quite similar to Jack with regard to their situations. Kurashev is a center that's currently being asked to play wing because we just need to get him NHL ice time.
