You’re living in fantasy land if you think you can land PLD without prime assets

you're out to lunch if you think Kotkaniemi is not a prime asset RFA so he will get a lower salary bridge deal so hes cost controlled, 20 Yr old C 3pts in 5GP 53% on FO 60% Corsi, he's been all over the Ice offensively and Defensively HUGE improvement from last season and he's just getting better and better. PLD can stay in CBJ, MTL is happy with Suzuki and Kotkaniemi going forward.

I never said KK isn’t a prime asset. Kk is exactly the kind of piece CBJ would want back in a PLD trade. The other user said this is an extreme overpay for PLD and I simply commented he’s beyond wrong if he thinks MTL could land PLD without giving primed asset. PLD is a clear upgrade over KK but KK would be a good piece in return for CBJ

oops my bad! I didn't notice you commented on the other guys post. I don't do that trade though, KK is becoming a whole other player and I find he's showing more defensive promise than PLD is, hes just getting better and better while being 2 years younger... I hold onto him.
