It’s really tough to say, if it was my choice I’d be taking out Beaulieu. But he does provide some intangibles in some grit that we need and would miss without him. I really have liked Stanley’s game. But knowing Maurice Stanley will be the one to come out. This is a little off the board, but any chance Heinola comes out? I know it’s very very highly unlikely. But Maurice is weird and likes his defensive dman.

I can see Beau playing actually...esp if OTT plays with a snarl...but Stanley should go in on Sunday

I agree with that, Maurice probably takes Stanley out. Only reason I suggested Heinola is I have no idea where he’d play. The bottom pairing is likely, but is that really where’s he’s going to be used the most?

Yes...and have Demelo playing with JoMo...that may happen...I was thinking of the 3rd pairing. That is what will happen... continue to give Stanley the time

I don't think we can really complain about Beaulieu, he struggled in the first game when he was paired with Niku but has been a lot better since, played 20 minutes in the Tuesday game against Ottawa, kills penalties which is needed, honestly maybe once the AHL season starts in a couple weeks I could see them sending Heinola to the Moose and run the same D pairings they did against Calgary in the playins except with Forbort instead of Kulikov.

We dominated all game. Pp sucked...0-7, PK was ok, not too much happened...5v5 we were good... Thompson got injured early... Hellebuyck was solid... Heinola and Stanley were really good and Stanley tried him Byf move of grabbing 2 players in a scrum late in the game
