@Pond_Duck I think this is a bit of an overreaction. There was no preseason. Yeah, they should have their legs under them but let's not press the "blow it up" button just yet. As for Byram, we won't know for sure until he plays a bit more. Not everyone comes into the league as Makar did...

O I'm definitely frustrated. There have been a number of guys who need to show up: Kadri, Saad, Compher, and Donskoi. They've all been invisible, and that's not acceptable. If in 2-3 weeks time, we're saying the same thing, then yes. It'll be time to do something about it. I really wish we could get Kaut into the lineup somewhere. He'd be an upgrade over Donskoi.

Yeah but 20 games in is a lot more than it usually is, remembering it is a 56 game season and the Avalanche could really need that second line scoring.

dont think anyone is really happy with the way hes playing but game 4, its not like its a normal start of the season for guys so its hard to speak for them.....2 weeks of practice and thrown into the season regular games, who knows maybe they are going to be a slower starter for some not having a normal training camp and some pre-season games to get going.

Maybe the Oilers will take the trade (yea It ain't happening) but Oilers might be happier if Barrie is included in the trade too. 3.75m cap space should get you a real NHL player.

Kadri is a good player but he does get in his own way am awful lot.

He isn't alone and while it likely is an overreaction, it happened. So getting all pissy with me was needless. As I have said Kadri gets in his own way. It's just a fact and as he approaches 30, I doubt it will ever change.
