            Good luck to both teams,

Might be one of the few.....
But I am glad neither guy is coming to Carolina

Didn't really wan't to pay a steep cost for either

Holding out hope to pick up Rakell or Palmieri near the TDL for futures

Might have considered Skjei. Gardiner....nope. Lauzon and Zboril playing well so far anyway.

Don't focus on the wrong part of the story

literally just grabbed one of the first teams alphabetically in the list

This is just how capfriendly works. Nobody (and I'm guilty of this too) understands what "anywhere" means.

It doesn't actually say anywhere, but the gerenal idea is that he just wants Gardiner gone (and who can blame him lol).

You know Gardiner is the top D man in terms of scoring right?

you know it has been 3 games and he's unlikely to hold that mark right?

I'll give you that in the 3 games small sample size so far.......he has looked a little better defensively than last year

I would still be fine with shedding his cap hit for 3 years,

for better or worse, I want to see Bean get some game time

I saw this joke somewhere, hfboards, I think. It went like, "why would Boston pay someone who is playing for them for free?"

It's been 340 days since he was held off the scoreboard during a Canes win in the regular season. Like it or not, he's an important part of the team's success. He's got 8 points in the Canes last 4 wins in the regular season. He's one of the better players on the blueline.
