Maatta has a terrible reputation on this site that doesn't the least bit deserve. Not many defenseman make it to the NHL as a teenager. He's a great player who is only getting better. That being said, it's still a terrible trade.

His 1 point in 20 odd games this season isnt really selling his potential at the moemnt. Avs dont need another reclaim rebuild young player
