For the leafs I would have said defense but so far this year its looked good. Goaltending's getting better, and offense is still great.

I guess injuries is our weakness

Well this year’s Montréal’s is definitely discipline. Not that it’s hurt us that much, since we’ve only been outscored 5 to 4 when we’re in the PK this year, but it certainly isn’t a healthy habit.
