Holtby would be, at best, the 4th or 5th goalie available in the draft.

Chatfield or Rafferty would be their pick...

Yeah i doubt Seattle take him. Plenty of better and/or younger goalies should be available.

The bottom 6 forward group is still pretty bad here.

Paying Demko too much. For that price Ithink Petterson only 3 years. I would resign Pearson over signing Armia if that is the choice. Bo needs that consistent winger that clicks with him.

I kinda agree about Holtby too. Maybe we make Virtanen available and they take him. We have Lind and Podkolzin that could come up and there will be a number of free agents too.

I would be tempted to move Virtanen for a player more suited to the 3rd line...... we know his defensive game lacks, so a rebuilding team in need of a potential 2nd line winger looks at him, because his iffensive game isn't that bad.

Agree with Petterson. Should see a Barzal type contract.

Pettersson for 6.5-7.5 for 2/3 years, Hughes could see a 5 year deal as he has proven a bit more reliable over his ELC... Pettersson in same boat as MacKinnon was.... average ELC but look for big improvement over the next few years. and no way any player is signing for 7 years either in today's NHL
