I'm sure only bruins fans think that but sure
All you have to do is watch and/or look at stats.
I understand Grzelcyk flew a bit under the radar being behind Chara and Krug, but at some point people have to understand they could have had both back with little to no effort.
They made a decision.
I know it's only 5 games (he was hurt for two)
but you may want to look at the numbers again.
Tied with 2 pts
Shot through %: Grzelcyk 68% to 45% Hanafin
Misses 0 Grzelcyk vs 7 Hanafin
Hanafin has turned the puck over more.
Even Hanafin's impressive 54/53 Corsi/Fenwick looks avg vs Grzelcyk's 68/68
The advanced numbers are very much, VERY Much in Grzelcyks favor. I know it's a short glimpse, but given they are pretty equal in previous seasons and Grzelcyk is now 1PP and getting 2 additional minutes a game, I would expect to see that trend continue. He is actually good.
It seems like you have no idea who Grzelcyk is and that while at BU with McAvoy, he was actually more productive than McAvoy (less years, similar trend). Was the Captain too.
Here are their Freshman years
Grzelcyk:
2012-13 Boston University H-East 38 3 20 23 26
Hanafin
2014-15 Boston College H-East 37 5 18 23 16
