Klefbom is not exempt. He needs to not play the Last x number of games of this season and also not qualify for exposure. He played 62 games last year which prorated to 70.6 games played he played 1 too many games last year.

EDIT: so this is just for the minimum required players, and not a requirement for every eligible player. The 2 pro seasons seems to be the main criteria, and the injured exemption only a possibility.

Andersen is not a significant upgrade over Koskinen to justify paying him 1.5M more. Other than that, looks good.
