Yup. And even if the allegations are true, which they're almost certainly not, Putin cares more about hurting Panarin than getting justice for the alleged victim. The whole thing is just terrible from every angle.

The Russian government had as much concern over the situation around Slava Voynov as that WHL volunteer scout on here does. As in, next to none.

Domestic violence isn't a concern in that country.
