Yea I agree, not enough grit in the bottom 6 for sure. The D core is elite tho

lots of great young defenseman there, but I think Hughes and Makar are too similar to play together. I'd go with these lines:

Dahlin - Makar
Hughes - Fox
Smith/Romanov - Heiskanen

I think these would be more successful pairings.
