The Montreal Canadiens are on the another level compared to the Leafs, and I can't see the Leafs winning the Canadian Division if you have Nic Petan, Pierre Engvall (lmao), Jason Spezza, Joe Thornton, Jimmy Vesey (Sabres reject), and Ilya Mikheyev on your Stanley Cup competing team. If half of these players played for contending teams such as the Canadiens, Knights, Avalanche, or Lightning, the player's would be on the taxi squad
Nic Petan isn't on the roster (but I agree he sucks), Engvall and Vesey are meh but easily taxi squad material for those teams you mentioned, and Thornton, Spezza and Mikheyev are good, 2 provide veteran presense plus they are goodroster players, and Mikheyev is top 6 talent.
Not to mention the leafs are better than the habs.

You literally emphasized why the Leafs are worse than the Habs, and down below is a list of players who won't make the Habs fourth line, let alone any line-up on the team:
- Nic Petan
- Pierre Engvall
- Jimmy Vesey
- Jason Spezza
- Joe Thornton
- Travis Boyd
- Ilya Mikheyev
- Wayne Simmonds
I listed the Leafs third and fourth line, excluding Kerfoot
I agree. None of those players you mentioned would make the Lightning lineup. Don't know about the other teams. And is Mikheyev that bad?
Thank you for agreeing, and Mikheyev he is not "bad", but he is not producing either, making him a useless player who contributes to nothing. Ilya Mikheyev is a third line version of Pierre Engvall in my eyes
lmao, every Leafs fan thinks I'm wrong for not putting them first in every analysis I make
Quick warning the next post I see suggesting the habs are better than the leafs because of Engvall, Mikheyev, Vesey, Lehtonen, Barabanov, Kerfoot or Nylander, or any post saying how bad these players are, is getting reported. They are only demoting and have no stats and are clearly trolling. Just giving you a heads up.

LMAO you can't report a thread that is true though, and no one is taking that Leafs depth over the Canadiens. I suggest you to stop moaning and crying, and take the criticism as a man
He's better than, at the very least, Volkov and Joseph. Debatable Maroon and Goodrow too.
Volkov is not in the regular lineup and in my opinion Joseph is better but that's a good debate. Marron is really good much better than Mikheyev and Goodrow is so underrated

You want to elaberate instead of troll? First of all, Petan has even been on the taxi squad yet this year. Engvall has 1 point in 4 games, Vesey has 3 points in 10 games, so ok, they haven't been great, but Spezza 5 points in 9 games (plus Veteran presence), Thornton 2 points in 5 games (and veteran presence/grit), Boyd 2 points in 2 games, Mikheyev 2 points in 10 games but 23 in 39 last year, and Simmonds 3 points in 10, plus grit which you love so much. Also, saying Simmonds wouldn't make the lineup in Mtl makes no sense and is just a troll because they offered him 2 million. If you want to prove me wrong, maybe list some stats about the habs bottom 6 instead of trolling.

lmao you don't watch Canadiens games, so you have no room to talk

Well, I disagree, but thank you for being reasonable about it instead of Bogonorris.

no but I think they are in the same bracket as the Habs at least. Habs have no better of a record than Toronto does, at the very least should both be in the top tier together.

no he's not. He's a fine top 9 F. Points/goals are deceiving for him this year. Has played with good speed, defends well, PK is solid, and has had his chances, just not much has gone his way.
