I don't see a situation in which Seattle ends up with Foote. Tampa goes 4 and 4 and protects him. Loses Palat, Gourde, McDonagh or trades a few assets and moves Johnson.

Highly doubt. He isn't good and neither is his contract. Also, Seattle will have better options available.
