Description

Coaches decision to sit him tonight doesn't make a ton of sense, he's played his best two games of the year in the last couple against the Jets.

The Flames next five games are in a ten day period against the Canucks and the Oilers both of which have only looked good against the Senators and each other, good chance to pick up some points with a roster piece quarantining for at least 10 days as per the rules in Alberta.

The piece returning in the deal then slots in the line up fresh off a 2 games in 2 nights against the physical Oilers to play the quick skilled Leafs. Today makes too much sense for it not to happen, the lukewarm stove is warming fellas!

Oilers fans should be thanking me for throwing in a 7th.

This isnt junior hockey anymore, he can not process the game at a high enough level to be more than a bottom 6/4th liner in the NHL. and one that takes as many penalties that he does and cant play special teams as a pure winger, he is not an adaptable hockey player, he is a guy who goons it up looking for a spark, like you said takes bad ones in the Ozone. That is not a smart NHL hockey player.

He stinks and lets not pretend like hes anything more than a limited role player.

Hahaha sure thing man, I won't even bother reading that it's a pointless argument and a boring conversation when someone is so blatantly jaded for whatever reason we can both move along knowing that it has zero effect on my day. Makes me hope he goes to Colorado even more now though.

Like I said we can both move on. That's how those things work, him getting traded washes away any pick pedigree. I don't know why you have filled a whole Depends on this topic. You can be as upset as you want but he is a proven playoff performer, a great bottom 6 bang and crash guy and your objections to the trade are all fan base problems. The scenario above, him and Compher compare well, Bennett is better in the playoffs, that's all there is to it, that's the conversation.

I listed he has a similar PPG as Compher, that is factual, he is a proven playoff performer that a lot of team would want for that time of year, that is factual, he is a great guy in the bottom 6 who bangs and crashes, that is factual. Those are the things I just listed, go ahead and call them untrue, you'd be lying to yourself only!

Bennett has a poor shot. Can’t play Centre, can’t play special teams, is poor defensively, with low hockey who takes a lot of penalties, that’s just a bad hockey player. But hey say he has a jam and a beauty to try to claim he’s more than he’s not

Compher plays special teams, can play C; and isn’t an defensive liability, so focus again on one thing such as points to gloss over 90% of his game that is Poor

It hurts you that Bennett for Compher works for both teams doesn't it?
Good thing the Avs don't need a C, took less PIMS last season than Cole, Calvert, Graves, Landeskog, Zadorov, Kadri... Guess they're all dumb hockey players eh? Talk about glossing over a stat

I'm not sure who in Calgary did what to your family but I'm sorry that happened to you.
