Nick Paul at 24-25 👀

Exactly LOL, also vesalainen is getting the same treatment in wpg. People say he’s a bust, yet I think he’s going to be a 2nd line player.

Worth a follow

Diesn’t make a ton of sense if they’re delaying the draft because you don’t get to see enough of the pkayer... or see them at all. Not exactly an extra year.

honestly, I hate the narrative that players are busts if they aren’t in the show by 20. It’s so annoying, so many guys come in at 22-24 and are great.

Agreed.

Late 2nd rounder Tierney came into the league at 20, and late 1st rounder Danault came into the league full time at 22, different players develop at different speeds. Danault is the better player today despite having 97 fewer NHL games even though he was drafted one year sooner.

Brannstrom > Lauzon & Zboril

That’s certainly quite possible down the road. Lauzon is playing better than Brannstrom right now, and that’s pretty inescapable. Also, did anyone suggest a trade of Lauzon or Zboril for a first, a prospect, and a player? If so, I must have missed it.

You're proving my point, neither of those two have ever been as valuable. Both are two years older than him, he just needs a little time...
