Biggs was drafted 22nd overall
Percy was drafted 25th overall

they still have 1st rounder value but they hardly have the value of Lias Andersson, Sam Bennett , Alexander Nylander or Casey Mittelstadt. i mean who would you rather have Mittelstadt or Cozen? both 8th overall talents they have equal values right?
