Pretty underwhelming, even if the Kings couldn't get a contract by the trade deadline this is too little.

Be careful about trading Engvall away. Teams must expose two qualifying forwards to Seattle in the expansion draft, and right now Engvall is the only forward whom you wouldn't mind losing that meets the requirements.

Gag at those trades. Bennett isn't nearly as good as Kerfoot at centre. Trading away a NHL Dman for a LWer, a position that Leafs are flush doesn't make sense at all.
