Description

When I look at the jets defense, I see 3 smaller defenders who can all play. Morrissey, Pionk, and Heinola. All 3 are or will be top 4. Not that Severson is a monster but he has size that the others don't. Morrissey/Severson, Forbort/Heinola, Poolman/Stanley/. Is this a better lineup than we have now? Morrissey is signed long term and Heinola should be a jet for 6-7 years. Pionk as much as allot of Jets like him (myself included)is the odd man out.

Not saying the trade isn't fair, but "size" isn't the best reason for trading for a player. "Good" is the reason. Especially this year if we still covid isolation, do you want a to a Dman for a week or more? Then you have to hope the player adjusts to the system better than the player you traded.
