Mackinnon is easily top5 player in this league so chillout.

At the end of the day Crosby isn't worth any of those 4 players anyways. He's 34 y.o., high cap hit. Mackinnon is in his prime, unbelievable contract, others are all ELC.

Lol these Crosby/Malkin trades are high drama here. However, not gonna lie, with Burkie and Hextall taking over, I think it might get more dramatic :S

It's funny to me that you asked "Where did this come from?" and proceeded to show exactly where it came from. Crosby is more valuable than both of the Habs that you're talking about, by a pretty wide margin.

Someone on the HFboards Avs forum suggested the lineup above and asked if it would work capwise. It clearly doesn't. Acquiring Crosby isn't at all realistic, not only because of the cap, but also because Colorado would have to trade away Newhook and a whole bunch of other pieces that would make it next to impossible to fill out the lineup with good young ELC's.

What r u talking about. The only thing I said with Crosby is that I wouldn't do Suzuki+ vs Crosby
