I don't think the Kings will trade Iafallo. I suspect they will sign him to a 2-3 year extension in the coming months.

Ah, bugger. Probably just add an unconditional 4th or a 5th instead.

And yeah, I agree Iafallo is less likely to be a rental trade than Toffoli. Depends how LAK sees their rebuild going.

I personally don't see anything "similar value to the Toffoli trade" in this proposal. Tyler Madden was one of Vancouver's top 3-5 prospects when they traded him. Seth Griffith is 28, and Konovalov is a 5'11" goalie that doesn't project to be more than a backup.

You're going to have to pay a lot more than that for a player you're putting straight onto your top line.

Iaffalo would be a first round pick ++.

I think Edmonton will keep their options open on defence this offseason. If they can't resign Barrie to a reasonable contract then Larsson is their man.

I also think kahun would be able to play 3c quite well if they got another top LW. Then you put RNH at 2LW.
